I started The Plot Department after watching companies lose customers they could have kept. I saw teams pour love into features while the first moments felt cold and lonely.

This work is personal. In 2023, my dad had an accident that left him paralyzed. My mom had to learn new technology overnight. One platform confused her so deeply that she still struggles with it. She is not alone.

Story is the bridge. It turns a cold interface into a human conversation. It gives people confidence. It gives them direction. It makes technology feel warm and supportive.
