This is Abby.
She is the reason The Plot Department exists.
I give her the highest quality everything I can find. Food, toys, accessories, blankets, shampoo. She deserves it. That is how I feel about every animal.
I started noticing something. The brands making the best products for animals, the ones made by people who truly care, were getting lost. Overlooked. Outshouted by companies with bigger budgets and emptier hearts.
So I started The Plot Department.
I studied filmmaking and earned my MFA in creative writing. I think like a director and write like a storyteller. I read voraciously. People make fun of me for it. Even Abby gives me a look sometimes that says enough reading, can we go play ball. Reading is where the best writing comes from.
And I build characters and voices for founder-led pet brands so that the care behind the product finally comes through in every word. On the website, the packaging, Instagram, the email. Everywhere someone finds you.
For the pet parents who want their animal’s story told the way it deserves to be, I do that too.
Your product deserves to be heard. Your pet deserves to be remembered. I am here for both.
